Salam semua...

Pagi tadi breakfast dengan roti canai (segera) cicah sambil tumis bilis (diperhangatkan lagi) dan minum segelas manggo juice (my sis rajin buat fruit juice).     naper la ummi ni suker sgt makan sayur ni...bukan syedap pun.

  5. Wah, ni sudah bagus... mesti cuba semua ni. Kpah selalu buat apple hijau + carrot + celery. Tak tau pun apa gunanya tapi sedap. Dulu tiap-tiap hari minum jus peria katak + apple. lama-lama muak sebab pahit.
