Kami ke MITC malam tadi untuk menonton Malam Kreativiti Muzikal,satu acara dalam Karnival Malaysia Inovatif 3010 Zon Tengah anjuran MOSTI bersama MIMOS . Ia adalah acara pertandingan persembahan tarian, drama , nyanyian..tiga dalam satu.

Dah namanya supper, so pesanlah yang ringan-ringan... Dosay, Dose, Dosai, Dhisha, Tosai, Chabuli...eh banyaknya saya pesan, larat makan ke? Bukanlah, itu adalah nama-nama alternatif bagi Tosai. (saya ambil di Google). Kalau singgah kedai mamak (yang tak diragui) pasti Tosai menjadi pilihan (mee mamak pun suka , tadoori chicken juga)Ada macam-macam jenis tosai...Masala, Rava, Bawang....antaranya. Tapi pilihan saya ialah yang plain and simple....Rava (jangan salah ketuk kekeunci, jadi Ustz. R*vi) pulak!)

ReplyDeletebtw my mom remembers you!! before this penah jugak mentioned to her lama dulu masa Kak Tati mula2 told me you both were housemates once tapi dia tak ingat..today dia kata ingat2 lupa when I said Nora from Melaka..so I tried to jog her memory and said you're a Minangkabau too and terus dia kata..anak Pak Abbas Toko Buku Abbas Bandung!! betul la kan coz I remember reading about it in your sister's blog I think. She said she also remembers your sister Che Nen... or is that you sebab dia kata Che Nen is the smaller sized one between the two sisters...:)
btw my second cousin kak Shidah who is Pak Tuo Hassan's daughter is also doing her hajj this season..my mom kata ntah2 your sis terjumpa dia kat Mekah...anything is possible, kan? :)

ReplyDeleteI was a 'boarder' at your arwah Pak Tuo's house for a year during my student days that I knew your mum n her younger sister. Actually, I'm that 'smaller sized one', Che Nen.Now I have lost touch with that wonderful family,Mak Tuo, Shidah, Roslan n the younger brother (what' his name?). I wonder how's the family now. If you ever meet them, please convey my salam. Nampaknya, you have to do the 'memory jogging' again. ha, ha. And of course salam to your mum . Nice to know you, Tina n thank you for reading my jottings.

ReplyDeleteTak pernah rasa tose sardin.BTW try ikan bakar in Alai or Crystal Bay area (Alai). Food there cheaper and taste better (for me)
ReplyDeleteAlang... the youngest one is Ridzuan. Kak Shidah still lives in the sect 16 house and please tell Kak Tati that Roslan was once engaged to Sheila Majid!! :) Mak Tuo passed away 3 years ago. Insya'allah I will convey your salam when I see them. It was my pleasure to meet you.
