The dark side of singalot

Salam! What are siblings if there is no drama, no quarrels, sisterly brotherly,minor one that is. There were only two microphones for each 'singing room'. What happened if there were five adults, one coming soon teenager, one princess dreamer and one 'I controlled' king in the room sharing two mic? Every one wants to sing, this is the time to show off your talent, yes, there's no karaoke at home.So this is the time. I want to be like Adibah Noor, like Adam AF2, like Saloma and P.Ramlee. Adults can lah give way, but the children? Well, rushed for the mic, 'my turn, my turn', 'mine, mine','give me the microphone!' 'i want to sing', 'you had your turn,' ' this is my song, i want to sing' ' daddy look at ....' So tantrums, temper,stress, sulking, angry faces, pushing, shouting, crying. But children are children. The dark side was only for a short while, cool babe, peace yos, they became friends again, sisters and brother, singing together with daddy and mummy, duet with nek lang and nek ngah, happily dancing away and the finale, dang dut to Cik Mek Molek. Cameron - Revisited

Salam! The last time I was there was about 5 years ago! And every time it was for a meeting. So, I had no time to venture to the various gardens, farms and the great pasar malam. Alhamdullilah, last weekend, the whole family of singing blogger plus bibik had a memorable weekend adventure at the rolling mountains of where else but Cameron Highlands. So Cameron Highlands revisited!. Actually. It was a birthday treat for our PuteriHangLiPoh. Our one and only niece, hart-to-heart and her generous hubby, (our one and only n-i-l) Mr Sor were the main sponsor. I cannot tell you more just yet, later, o.k. but please go to hart-to-heart who couldn't wait to tell you what a birthday treat it was and what fun we had. Thank you Mummy. Thank you Daddy. Both of you are very kind. Thank you Missy Capuccino, Princessangel, Iddin ,the King, and bibik Nani for the wonderful company. Did you enjoy yourselves? I did, especially the singalot karaoke session! ( my runny nose dried that time). What a happy family gitu. Wait my birthday where are you taking me, Har Sor? Did I hear.......?

Salam! Peace bro! I am Iddin. These are some railway tracks, toys lah not real one. See, I too can think out of the box. I'm going to set a stage for a singing competition like AJL. The theme will be country or sort like cow boy scene. I'll add in the toy train to make it real. Look! My stage is now ready ....ready for the show! Next Search for Country Stars?
