What Causes Slow Browsing?

Some Web pages are faster to download than others and your experience can be due to a number of factors, as follows:

Contents of the websites: If a website is loaded with large image sizes, it is slower to load compared to a website with small image sizes or text only.

Websites popularity: The more popular a website, the more users try to access it at the same time, If the website`s server cannot cope with the number of users, the page will be much slower to download or may even fail to load.

Websites hosted location: The closer you are to the website you're trying to access, the quicker the response time. For example, if the website is from Korea, it is slower to acces compared to a website hosted locally in Malaysia. The same concept goes to any file download from from the website. If given the option to download a file from certain location, then you should choose the website location nearest to you.

Virus, worms, adware or spyware: Malicious programmes may also be the cause of slow internet access. Make sure that you consistently update your anti-virus, anti-spyware and anti- adware software and always run them from time-to-time.

Bola Kayu?

Pernah dengar bola kayu?? Ia satu permainan rekreasi, very relaxing, famous di Pahang. Macam juga dengan permainan lain, penuh excitement dan very so thrilling (kata the late P.Ramlee). Datin N yang memang aktif orangnya, perkenalkan game ni kepada saya. Macam main golf tetapi tidak sama. Peralatan permainannya semua diperbuat daripada kayu - (Itu sebab namanya WOODBALL) mallet (pemukul), untuk teeing off fairway, playing and putting,bola kayu yang melantun dan bergolek atas tanah atau padang rumput,`gate', macam pos gol bola sepak.Mainlah di `course'nya iaitu kawasan tee, fairway dan putting.(istillah golflah ni). Kami selalu main di Taman Bandar, Indera Mahkota, suka-suka je, nak relax. Banyak stress mah!

Saya pun swinglah mallet dengan tenaga yang kuat, mesti kena bola,bola mesti roll seberapa jauh yang boleh tapi jangan keluar course. Kalau bola terhenti, tak roll, kenalah buat putting pula (putting stroke)dari tempat ia berhenti. Mesti aim tepat dan betul, jangan tersasar.Pukul bola mesti tuju ke `gate' dan bola mesti lalui pintu gate tersebut. Barulah complete satu course. Datin N selalu winner sebab dapat menamatkan course dengan pukulan paling minima. Markah pukulan dicatat pada card pencapaian Ada satu masa tu kami dan beberapa rakan-rakan woodballers yang lain dipaksa mewakili daerah dalam satu pertandingan. Hai amatur, mana boleh menang. Yang penting ambil bahagian.
Sebenarnya seronok main WOODBALL ni. Fun game and mudah pula tu. Kanak-kanak pun boleh main. Boleh relax dengan kawan-kawan atau kaum kerabat atau mengeratkan lagi perhubungan keluarga (parents dengan children). Boleh main sambil berjalan-jalan, cit-cat, cit-cat, borak-borak hal kerja, keluarga, shopping, gossip. Sangat sesuai juga untuk older folks sebab ia exercise sangat baik untuk kesihatan dan kurangkan stress, minda!
Bila di berada di melaka, tak dapat mainlah sebab tak ada course woodball Yang pernah saya nampak ada di famous resort di Simpang Empat, AG. Minta-minta satu hari nanti adalah woodball course di bandaraya ni. Boleh sambung main. Syok tau.

My Mr Handy Dandy serious at work





Lady of distress sending her S.O.S (Please send help!). Here comes my super hero handy dandy man. But patient......not in a whiz... like superman.....but slowly and surely..

He can

• paint (the whole house- needs help, though). Now working at the porch at BS -ceiling, pillars, gate
  
• change termite infested planks (family house at BC - sayang the house, must save it )
  
• can fix door bolts, cupboard hinges, almost broken mini desks, tap leakage,(just to name a few,also at BC and BS)

He`s also very good in detecting problem (and fix it, of course, if it's a minor one)

• in my ( and Missy ) computer system (e.g B**g, my scanner not functioning. Tok Lang why is the monitor light blinking? Is anything wrong with the printer?)
  
• in my V*t**a (engine too noisylah, tyre - too much pressure !)

He also help in mopping and vacuuming the house !

How not to RESPECT n ............. (yang ni biarlah rahsia!) YOU, my Mr. Handy Dandy.

Can he fix it? Yes, he can!
