Keep fit
Sepanjang Ramadhan saya tidak ke gym. Takut letih. Minggu ini sambung semula. Dah dua kali saya ke Lady Like Gym. Rasa ringan badan sikit. Berat badan pun dah back tu normal.Seronok brisk walk dan jogging atas treadmill, adalah 20 min, 1 km cukuplah, berpeluhlah juga. Relax. Kemudian, buat cycling. Sambil tu baca magazine, cover to cover, sedar tak sedar dah jauh kayuh. Relax lagi.Then buat stretching, mesin yang pull leg and tummy muscle tu. Relax lagi sebelum buat stepping pedal, up down, up down....sambil tangan front back, front back. penat juga.Swing your arms. Relax. Nak cool down, buat toning arm muscle atau roll atas gym ball. All in all ada dalam 1 1/2 jam di gym setiap session. Eh, pergi gym ni macam satu terapi tau. Si Princess and Missy tertunggu-tunggu bila nek lang nak bawa mereka ke Gym. Princess boleh minta permission teacher tuition nak ke gym Sabtu ni ,Dan Cg dia benarkan pula tu! No way, tuition priority, then after that can go to the gym. Okeylah nek lang. Tai Chi? Macam mana? Tai chi session now, for me, on hold. My sis still go because she's the instructor, rain or shine. Her loyal followers will be waiting for her. Maybe because of the long break (puasa month) ada rasa lazy sikit lah. Or I feel like don't want it to be , macam rutin (walapun 3 kali seminggu) sebab pagi-pagi lepas subuh must be at the venue (rumah pengerusi WI Bukit baru). Nak relax. Do bila feel like doing... tapi touch woodlah, tak boleh cakap dulu.......mana tahu esok-esok teragak pula nak sambung tai chi..... So sebagai ganti, saya buatlah kerja-kerja rumah like menyapu laman rumah, menyapu rumah, mop, kan exercise juga tu. Tadi pagi while driving with my sis, nampak sebuah workout centre (bukan workshop) ...ada yoga, fitness dan dance. Ah, minat kat dance tu, nanti nak stopover lah nak tanya about the dance class tu. Keep fit and stay fit, yalah dah bersara ni, mesti banyak pergerakan, exercise....Whatever it is, apa exercise pun, komitmen mesti ada...
